An early L4D2 survey

What are your thoughts on L4D2? Coming out in about a month and a half, are you hyped up for it, are you gonna get it as soon it comes out? Have you already bought it, or you'll wait for a steam 50, 75% off deal?

Hmmm I would probly get it the day it comes out just b/c i can and also it doesnt look bad i think it will be good. The new special infected are awesome (The charger, The spitter and, the jockey) they add a new twist to l4d. also new weapons, not just melee but a granade launcher, magnum,and gun variations(like ak47,m16,and scar)AND infected variations like ALL boomers wont look the same. They are also coming out the new and improved A.I. director (it now controls weather,obsicle placement so you might not go the same way everytime, etc...) and uhh i think that all i can come up with for l4d2...

Characters are dumb...but the rest looks fun

I want a bat. If I were to play l4d2, it'd either be the bat or the katana, or axe. Frying pans and child smackers are gay. :\

Friendly fire is a must in survival games... except Contra (which is only partly survival game)

another must in a survival games is something that will scare the living crap out of you or will just be disturbing like in resident evil 4 when you run in to the unkillable monster that could get you for far away and looked kinda messed. and killing floor because fighting the undead in a pitch black farm where the only flashlight you have runs on economy value grade batteries, can be a little intense

Actually you save $16.74 by pre-purchasing a 4 pack, vs. buy a single copy after release.

yea and three other people get a copy of l4d2 unless the person is weird and keeps them all to themselves for thier own reasons

I think valve might really know what there doing this game and what their doing is great
