TF2, Battle field heroes, rip-off?

I just came across this game will having fun reading on VALVe's TF2 forum. It's a Korean game called H.A.V.E. online. here is a video for you to judge, it's the trailer form H.A.V.E., dubed with TF2 sounds... rip-off or not, the video is kinda cool

Well no one is original i guess. except for me...maybe

It does look similar. but I think the game is kinda different. The game play looks like it will be a lot more different. doesn't look like they have spies, medics, pyros, or engineers. It looks like it's more based on just average weapons, like assault rifles. not that much are similar, except the looks... cartoon shooter, but there are many cartoon shooters. so why are they all compared to tf2. the what looks like heavy, sniper, and soldier are similar, but the rest look different. I say with an exception of a couple of things, It looks quite different =P

in my eyes, not a rip off....

I would like to play this game tho =D

Pretty much the same thoughts of you guys, I just found the similarities quite funny, especially the demo's shock grenade thing, the bat, and floating + to show possibly over-healed players
